class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was kann die Ursache daf\u00fcr sein, dass die gew\u00fcnschte Schwangerschaft nicht eintritt?<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Wichtig ist es zu wissen, dass die Ursache in rund 50% beim Mann liegt. Daher sollte eine ausf\u00fchrliche, medizinische Abkl\u00e4rung beider Partner erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><em>M\u00f6gliche Ursachen:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verminderte Eizellqualit\u00e4t, die durch das fortgeschrittene Alter, ein hormonelles Ungleichgewicht oder ein bestehendes \u00dcbergewicht hervorgerufen werden kann.<\/li><li>DNA-Br\u00fcche in Samenzellen. Die Testung der sogenannten DNA-Fragmentation z\u00e4hlt allerdings nicht zu den Standard-Samenparametern im Rahmen eines Spermiogramms. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/profertil-female.eu\/studien\/akh-studie-2017\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1286\">Studie am AKH Wien<\/a> hat gezeigt, dass die Einnahme von PROFERTIL\u00ae female im Vergleich zur reinen Fols\u00e4ure (400 mcg) die Fertilisationsrate sowie die Embryoqualit\u00e4t signifikant besser erh\u00f6ht. Die Ergebnisse f\u00fchrten au\u00dferdem zu einem Trend bei der Erh\u00f6hung der klinischen Schwangerschaftsrate (= nachweislicher Herzschlag im Ultraschall). Die Studie wurde im Rahmen der k\u00fcnstlichen Befruchtung durchgef\u00fchrt, da dies erm\u00f6glicht, die Embryoqualit\u00e4t zu messen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PROFERTIL\u00ae female ist studienbelegt dem Fols\u00e4ure-Standard hinsichtlich der Verbesserung der weiblichen Fruchtbarkeit \u00fcberlegen.<\/strong> Fols\u00e4ure ist zwar eine notwendige Basis, aber speziell ab 30 Jahren sollte an die studiengepr\u00fcfte Formulierung von PROFERTIL\u00ae female gedacht werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" zusammengefasst:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>signifikant h\u00f6here Fertilisationsrate (= Befruchtungsrate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>signifikant h\u00f6here Anzahl an hochqualitativen Embryonen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bessere Embryoqualit\u00e4t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tendenz zu einer h\u00f6heren, klinischen Schwangerschaftsrate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der PROFERTIL\u00ae female-Gruppe konnte eine Fertilisationsrate (= Befruchtungsrate) von 66,7% erreicht werden, w\u00e4hrend es in der Fols\u00e4ure-Gruppe nur 42,9% waren. Die Einnahme von PROFERTIL\u00ae female f\u00fchrte au\u00dferdem zu einer besseren Embryoqualit\u00e4t (58% vs. 36% der Frauen). Die klinische Schwangerschaftsrate betrug in der PROFERTIL\u00ae female-Gruppe 40%, in der Fols\u00e4ure-Gruppe waren es hingegen nur 26%. <strong>Diese Studienergebnisse zeigen, dass die Chance auf eine Schwangerschaft durch die Einnahme von PROFERTIL\u00ae female erh\u00f6ht wird.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
